Larry A. Mulhall

(September 5, 1954 – July 7, 2024)

Forest City, North Carolina – Larry A. Mulhall, age 69, went home to his Lord after a brief illness on July 7, 2024.  Larry was born in Cambridge, NY, the first born (and only son) of the late Donald L. “Duck” and Anita M. Mulhall.

Larry graduated from Granville Central School District in 1972.  After graduation, he attended RPI, served for 4 years in the US Army and then started working for Unisys (formerly Burroughs) Computers in Troy, NY.  He transferred to Spartanburg, SC in the 80’s, ultimately working for Unisys for over 45 years.

Larry was a member of several churches in South Carolina and North Carolina, where he participated in many missionary trips, as well as being active in their local ministries.  He was a loving, generous person whose greatest joy was helping others in need.

Larry was also a very competitive person, and reveled in his victories, especially over his sisters whenever possible.  He enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing games of strategy, such as Chess, Risk and Mastermind.

Larry was predeceased by his parents, Duck & Anita Mulhall, one niece and 2 brothers-in-law.  He is survived by his wife, Ginger, daughter, Dawn and sisters Karen of Whitehall, NY; Janet of Poultney, VT; Carol of Spartanburg, SC; Colleen (Jeff) of Wells, VT; Virginia of Whitehall, NY; and Diane (Patrick) of Whitehall, NY.  He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

As per Larry’s wishes, there were no services held.  He will be interred with his parents in upstate New York.
