WHITE CREEK – New York State Police along with local fire and emergency medical personnel responded to what was described as a head on crash on NYS Route 22 near Grandma Moses Road early this morning. Troopers say one person has died as a result of the crash.

NYS Route 22 is expected to remain closed throughout the morning and motorists should seek alternative routes. The accident is near the Washington and Rensselaer County border.
