Cowpens, South Carolina- Pops passed away in his home in Cowpens, SC, with his daughter Monica Gilbo and her husband Gerald at his side.

He was predeceased by five brothers and seven sisters.   Louie is survived by two sons Louis Williams, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC and Timothy Williams of Claremont, NH and a daughter Stacy Tyler of Rome, NY. He was blessed with several grandchildren Randi Fleming, Chana Meredith, Shea Williams, Ryan Williams, Patty Williams and Kara Williams from the Spartanburg, SC area,  Andrew and Tyler Williams from Granville, NY,  Matthew and Derrick Williams of Claremont, NH,  Jordon Williams of Northfield, NH, Tyrese Bishop and Khyra Bishop of Jaffrey, NH and two great granddaughters Camberlyn Meredith and Sutton Fleming and Scottie Fleming soon to be born. Pops is survived by a brother Raymond Williams of W Baylton, MA.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, at the Robert M King Funeral Home, 23 Church St., Granville, NY. Friends and family may call from 10-10:45. At 10:45 his brother will do a virtual funeral service.

Burial will be in the spring in Whitehall, NY.
