Whitehall – Frances (Frannie) Plude, 83, passed away at her home on Champlain Ave., surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday January 24th. Born August 6,1940 the daughter of Raymond and Viola (Burch) Mallory.
She married the love of her live Richard R. Plude, Sr. on December 12, 1959, who passed away in 2019.
Besides her husband and her parents, she is predeceased by two sons; Robert Plude and Roger Plude; her siblings: Ruth Martindale, Sidney Mallory, James Mallory, Charles Mallory, George Mallory, Ray Mallory, and Luella Dickinson.
She is survived by her daughter; Roxanne (Barry) Therrien of Whitehall, sons; Richard Plude, Jr. and his fiancé Lisa of Hudson Falls and Reginald Plude of St. Petersburg, FL; her brother Richard Mallory, and her sister Lila (Mac) Brill.
Grandchildren: Bill Ingleston Jr., Amy Plude, Crystal Plude, Crista Bowman; Great-grandchildren Drew, Blake, Lilliana, Emma, and Luke. Also, several nieces and nephews.
Frannie was a long-time member of the Whitehall United Methodist Church and the Whitehall Senior Citizens. She is a past member of the Skenesborough E.M.S. where she was awarded the Member of the Year in 1980 & 1981. She also did home health care for many years and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Family and friends may call from 1pm – 3 pm on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the Jillson Funeral Home, Inc., 46 Williams Street, Whitehall. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, January 29, 2024, at the Whitehall United Methodist Church, Reverend Kevin Gebo, presiding.
