Nov. 4

5:58 p.m. – Troopers conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Street in Rutland for an observed vehicle violation. A K-9 unit was called to the scene and produced probable cause for a search warrant to be issued for the vehicle and operator, 32-year-old Amy Mollison of Rutland. Following the execution of the warrant, Mollison was charged with possession of cocaine, giving false information to police, impeding and possession of a stimulant. She was processed and remanded to the Marble Valley Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 bail. She was also ordered to appear in Rutland District Court at a later date.

Nov. 11

5:25 p.m. – State police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Woodstock Avenue in Rutland. They observed the operator, 28-year-old Joshua Stevens of Rutland, allegedly showed signs of impairment. He was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence, processed and released with a citation to appear in Rutland District Court at a later date.

5:45 p.m. – Troopers responded to the Hannaford Supermarket in Rutland for a reported larceny. The investigation determined 38-year-old Misty Martelle of Rutland allegedly stole several hundred dollars’ worth of merchandise. She was charged with petty larceny and issued a citation to appear in Rutland District Court at a later date.

6 p.m. – Troopers arrested 45-year-old Harry StCyr of Hubbardton and accused him of assault and robbery in connection with the incident at the Rutland Town Sunoco on Route 7 in Rutland on Nov. 5. StCyr was taken to the Marble Valley Correctional Facility to answer the charges at a later date and time.

Nov. 13

5:58 p.m. – State Police received a report of a burglary on Pleasant Street in the town of West Rutland. The investigation revealed the residence had been broken into and property taken.

Nov. 16

12:17 a.m. – Troopers conducted a motor vehicle stop along U.S. Route 7 in Rutland for an observed violation. Throughout the interaction with 22-year-old Lucille Senecal of Peru, alleged indicators of impairment were observed. Senecal was administered a field sobriety test and ultimately taken into custody and charged with DUI. She was released with a citation to appear in Rutland District Court to answer the charge.
