Whitehall opened its 2023 Adirondack League girls soccer campaign by blanking North Warren, 5-0, on the road in Chestertown.

Cheyenne Holman hit the back of the net twice to pace the Railroaders.

Emily Jenkins, Presley Gosselin and Julia Arquette also scored for Whitehall.

Mia Waters and Emily Lyng each had two assists.

The Railroaders outshot the Cougars 16-4.

Khloe Paddock earned the shutout in goal for Whitehall.

Jessica Paul finished with 11 saves for the Cougars.

Whitehall is 1-0, 2-1. North Warren is 0-1, 0-1.
