9:15 p.m. Troopers responded to a home on state Route 149 in Kingsbury for a report of a disturbance. The subsequent investigation determined 37-year-old Stacy Blackburn of Fort Ann allegedly got into an altercation with the caller and left before troopers arrived. While the victim was being interviewed, Blackburn returned to the location, driving a vehicle. Blackburn was arrested for driving while intoxicated and other V&T violations. She was processed at the Granville substation where she recorded a blood alcohol level of 0.21%, according to police.

Blackburn was issued several uniform traffic tickets and released pending a further court date.
