5 p.m. Fair Haven police arrested 39-year-old Jason Brown of Fair Haven following a traffic stop on West Street. It was subsequently determined that Brown was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Brown was arrested and charged with criminally operating a motor vehicle, processed and released with an order to appear in Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division at a later date
