This is what I do to prepare for Christmas. First, we decorate outside using red and green lights. I put a blow-up Grinch and a blow-up Jack. Next, we have to put away our baking goods because our elf, Jessie, likes to get into them and make a mess. We make sugar and chocolate chip cookies for Santa before we put the baking goods away. Then, we put up a real Christmas tree. We decorate it with colored lights and ornaments. We take turns every year putting on the star. Last, I help wrap presents with my mom. The very last thing to go up is our stockings. This is what I do to prepare for Christmas.

This is what I do on Christmas Day. First, we all get up and brush our teeth to get ready for the day. We stay in our pajamas while we open stockings. Next, we open our presents. We make pancakes, bacon, and sausage for breakfast. Then, we wait for family to come over. After they leave, we rake snow and jump into a big pile of snow. Last, it’s time for our Christmas dinner. We usually make breakfast for dinner. We have eggs, bacon, and sausage. I can’t forget that we have to say goodbye to our elf until next year! This is what I do on Christmas Day.
