Haley Wiskoski won the freshman girls 45 meter hurdles during a track meet held at Union College last Saturday.
Wiskoski finished the race in 10.2 seconds, nearly a second faster than her season best. She also competed in the girl’s triple jump, recording a distance of 24 feet 7 inches.
Morgan Winters also competed in the triple jump, leap 25 feet 3 inches. She also completed the girl’s 45 meter dash in 6.9 seconds.
Ashley Millett, Meghan Redmond and Abby Dickinson all competed in the girls shot put with Dickinson hitting 26 feet, Millet 24 feet 2 inches and Redmond just under 18 feet. Dickinson also cleared four feet in the girl’s high jump.
David Greenough cleared the five foot mark in the boy’s high jump and 35 feet in the triple jump.
Andreas Meyer-Giesow also competed in the triple jump, recording a jump of just shy of 30 feet and finished the boy’s 600 meter run in 1:49.90.
Michael Mattison shaved nearly four seconds off his time in the boy’s 1600 meter race, finishing in a season best 6:22.90.
The team competes at Williams College on Sunday in the last tune up before the Wasaren League Championships on Jan. 27.
