Shaelynne Gordon, 18, of Whitehall was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful dealing with a child in the second degree following an endangering the welfare of a child complaint on Queen Street. Gosselin was issued a ticket to appear in court at a later date.
Police received a report that County Route 12 was blocked by a large hay bale. Officers contacted the proper authorities and the bale was removed from the roadway.

Joseph Kelly, 36, of Whitehall was arrested and charged with harassment in the second degree following a domestic dispute on Broadway. Kelly was arraigned and released pending a future court hearing.
Police responded to a Broadway business for an activated fire alarm. Upon arrival, police found no evidence of the fire and the issue was determined to be a faulty fire detector.
